+ - Job Description

  1. End to end Planning, execution and management of projects for R&D / LLTP /Regulatory /Process Implementation & improvement (Regulated, Semi-Regulated, ROW markets).
  2. Prioritize the project schedule in line with the strategic business and organisational goals and objectives.
  3. Act as a liaison between cross functional teams like Analytical -R&D, Formulation – R&D, Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Purchase, Packaging Development, and CQA and lead these teams for efficient execution of the projects to ensure smooth progress of the projects.
  4. Prepare/update/Review project plans, identify risks and perform risk management activity.
  5. Effective project planning and execution to achieve the milestones as per the planned schedule.
  6. Set up and conduct weekly & fortnightly meetings with internal and also external stakeholders for discussion of project progress, issues and ensure issue resolution.
  7. Preparation of the minutes of the meeting, circulating it to the stakeholders and follow up on completion of these activities as per planned timelines.
  8. Present the status of each project during monthly and quarterly project reviews.
  9. Prioritize and monitor day to day activities to operationalize the projects deliverables.
  10. Involved in planning and executing every activity related to scale up of developed products into exhibit scale up batches at production sites (Technology transfer) and ensure successful completion of technology transfer.
  11. Ensure adherence to Project Management systems, Quality and Regulatory requirements and responsible for documenting the same.
  12. Ensure completion and compilation of project specific files as per SOP.

+ - Minimum Skills Required

  1. Excellent Communication Skills (Written as well as spoken).
  2. Go getter, highly motivated and dynamic in nature.
  3. Have a solution oriented approach and an ability to architect strategies to achieve targets.
  4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with the external and internal stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deliverables at the same time.
  6. Knowledge and awareness about the regulatory process.
  7. Well versed with MS- Office applications.(MS-Projects)

+ - Eligibility Criteria

  1. B. Pharm /M. Pharm
  2. 2 – 3 years’ experience
  3. Experience in Project management will be preferred.
  4. Experience in a Pharma Company in R&D, Regulatory affairs and Product management will be an added advantage.
  5. Computer Efficacy in MS-Office (MSP).
