+ - Job Description

  1. Responsible for end to end Vendor Development and Management for APIs/Excipients and other requirements typically in a Formulations manufacturing environment
  2. Keep a Close watch on Pricing Trends and ensures Purchases are triggered at right time.
  3. Negotiate on Vendor terms (like Pricing and Delivery) and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Ensure Vendor Management in accordance with GMP Guidelines.
  5. Liaison with QA/QC to ensure Product Quality and Handle Returns/Rejection in case of Quality Issues

+ - Minimum Skills Required

  1. Experience of 2 -3 years in Procurement.
  2. Excellent Communication, Reasoning & Interpersonal Skills.
  3. Knowledge of GMP
  4. Well versed with MS-Office
  5. Expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain management in the Finished Formulations Pharmaceuticals Company
  6. Knowledge of APIs/Excipients and various Quality Parameters
  7. Knowledge of Quality Attributes of the Raw Material and ability to negotiate with vendors on the same
  8. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Procurement Functions for Formulations.
  9. Ability to handle Procurement for Multiple units
  10. Experience in usage of SAP software will be an added advantage
